Her expertise and passion champion youth through significant phases in their lives. She has discovered many tools along the way that will aid the next generation to become thought leaders, community curators, and sustainable entrepreneurs.

Using the “Social Emotional Learning” style, partnered with “Comprehensive Soft Skills” methods, she has mastered the unique skill to facilitate lessons and forums that prompt youth to participate and transform. She is relatable, captivating, and her commitment to change the trajectory of “out-of-school time” education is her top priority. Children flourish when they are supported in their autonomous efforts to imagine possibilities, innovate the unthinkable, and draw closer to seems to be distant. Choosing Malani for y(our) youth means choosing chance.
